Discover and engage in Capital’s heritage

CHAMP serves as the repository for the Corporate Archives collections, which highlight and document our unique history and culture.

The collections are acquired, curated, processed, cataloged and stored for long term preservation by the Corporate Archives team, adhering to global archival standards and internal compliance requirements.

As stewards of Capital’s corporate memory, the Corporate Archives team ensures knowledge of the organization’s past persists over time and informs the strategies that shape our future.

Scope

The collections range from the 1910s to the present and include associate publications, marketing literature, annual reports, research photography, shareholder images, headshots, oral histories, audiovisual materials, vintage technology, Investment Group research, and Capital in the Press news articles. Please view our collection policy for more details.

Access

A selection of digitized assets and electronic records are available at different access levels, depending on permissions, licenses and legal restrictions. Collection gaps exist in some categories and years. New material is added regularly, and non-digitized collections are described at the collection level.

Rights and permissions are outlined in the Terms and Conditions and in the access metadata of each asset record.

If you are unable to locate an asset through a search, have a rights inquiry or research question, or would like to donate materials to the Corporate Archives, please submit a request and an archivist will be happy to assist you.
